Job summary

Central Bucks School District is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for 1:1 support in the MDS classroom at Groveland Elementary School. The role involves direct care for medically fragile students, including feeding, hygiene, positioning and mobility assistance under licensed nurses.

Full-time with benefits, 8-hour days Monday through Friday, start ASAP with a closing date of 05/30/2027. BSW: 25.49 per hour. Training will be provided; CPR/AED and medical device experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program and passing competency exam preferred.
• CPR/AED training or CBSD program availability may be required.
• Knowledge and experience with seizure first aid and medical device operation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to medically fragile students 1:1.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, personal care and Daily living activities.
• Position/reposition students and assist with ambulation and mobility aids.
• Operate and use medical devices under supervision of licensed nurses.
