Job summary

Side by Side in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a bilingual clinician to provide in-office and school-based therapy for youth ages 5-26 with mild to moderate mental health symptoms. The role emphasizes behavioral interventions and family involvement for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology. Must be eligible/registered with CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) registration and in good standing with CA BSS.

Responsibilities

• Direct one-to-one services.
• Implementation of behavioral/treatment plan using strengths-based behavioral interventions.
• Developing and teaching youths'/caregivers' effective tools/skills for coping with challenging behaviors.
• Engaging with caregivers and family network to support treatment.
• Completing assessments and functional analysis of behaviors/symptoms.
• Developing transition plans to achieve youth independence.
• Attending weekly supervision and trainings.
• Participating in community outreach activities as assigned.
