BHcare seeks a School-Based Clinician to deliver high-quality behavioral health services within Oxford Public Schools, including several campuses. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, CT licensure or license-eligibility, and at least one year of pediatric therapy experience.

We are seeking a School-Based Clinician who is passionate about helping children and families thrive. In this role, you'll provide high-quality clinical services within school settings, helping students overcome behavioral health challenges while collaborating with families, schools, and community partners.
This is a full-time employee position within our Children’s Services program, providing school-based behavioral health services at Oxford Public Schools, including Quaker Farms School, Great Oak Elementary School, Oxford Middle School, and Oxford High School.
Schedule: This position follows a 10-month school year schedule, with compensation prorated and paid over 12 months.
Candidates must reside in Connecticut to be eligible for this position.
