Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of 5-10 school-based therapists, providing both clinical supervision and administrative oversight. The role ensures timely documentation, adherence to productivity expectations, and coordination of treatment plans with master’s level clinicians.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, MH Counseling, Social Work, or related field, plus LPC-MHSP licensure and 3+ years in a community mental health setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in one of the listed fields or related field with 24 graduate-level semester hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or behavioral health coursework.
• Completion of 24 graduate-level hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behaviorial health coursework.
• License required: LPC-MHSP in good standing with valid driver’s license and eligibility for Centerstone vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to master's level clinicians and document supervision appropriately.
• Review, approve, or provide feedback on treatment plans within 3 business days.
• Conduct clinical audits monthly and ensure compliance with licensure requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and participate in staff meetings as needed.
• Provide clinical coverage of treatment plans and supervisees during PTO/Sick leave.
