Job summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking a Program Director III in California with direct oversight of clinical and hybrid programs with multi-million dollar budgets. The role involves training, project management, and implementing organization initiatives within assigned programs.

You will lead clinical and administrative operations, identify strategies to improve behavioral health service delivery, and represent management with partners and funding sources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, behavioral health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Active license as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psychologist registered with CA Board; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of senior-level program leadership, strategy, or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages programmatic, operational and financial management of assigned program(s).
• Oversees program facilities and liaises with Facilities Department.
• Ensures delivery of clinical and administrative mental health services with quality and ethics.
• Ensures 24-hour crisis back-up services when needed.
• Leads workforce development, supervision, and training of staff; reviews compliance and reporting.
• Recruits, hires, and evaluates personnel; maintains staffing levels to meet needs.
