Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington provides clinical mental health services in outpatient settings, client homes, or schools in Washington. This role supports Eastmont and Wenatchee schools, focusing on students in grades 4-7, with travel between campuses year-round.

The clinician conducts intakes, diagnoses, case management, and evidence-based treatment, maintains documentation, and collaborates with schools, physicians, and community resources to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree leading to eligibility for clinical licensure.
• Two years of experience in outpatient settings with children, families or adults.
• Valid WA driver’s license and liability insurance; insurable by carrier.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and culturally sensitive treatment using Evidence Based Practices.
• Complete required documentation within identified timeframes.
• Develop clinical treatment plans focusing on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals.
• Maintain encounters of 60% productivity for reportable services.
• Participate in supervision and multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and community resources.
