You will document observations and participate in team activities, using a wrap-around approach to support the child’s success at home and in school. The role emphasizes developing coping and social skills, teamwork, and clear communication within the treatment team.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a human services field or equivalent based on experience.
• Requires basic computer literacy and EMR system usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player.
• High School Diploma or HSE required; clean background.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children in school settings.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school personnel on individualized plans.
• Communicate observations to the treatment team and participate in team meetings.
• Use wrap-around approach to support child’s success at school and home.
• Help youth develop coping, social, and independent living skills.
