Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Fort Myers, FL, with options for full-time or part-time school-year contracts. Travel assignments are also available.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT to support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills. Ideal candidates hold an accredited COTA program degree and current licensure, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or certification in the state of practice.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently while receiving supervision from a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Document student progress, maintain service logs, and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
