Job summary

Austill's Educational Therapy Services seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide school-based speech and language therapy to K–12 students in Lancaster, PA. The role emphasizes direct therapy, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school teams.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certification) required.
• PA SLP license and PA Educational/Instructional Certificate.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete documentation including progress notes and data collection.
• Participate in IEP meetings and case management duties as needed.
• Provide AAC consultation when required.
