Job summary

Austill's Educational Therapy Services in Reading, PA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to work in-person 3 days per week with early elementary age (K–2) students in the Reading, PA area. Therapists in the CF Year will be considered!

The role focuses on school-based speech and language therapy services, collaboration with school teams, and IEP implementation. PA licensure and ASHA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certification) required.
• Active Pennsylvania SLP License.
• Educational/Instructional Certificate (PA).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K–12 students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete required documentation (progress notes, data collection, IEP updates).
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Perform case management duties when assigned.
• Provide AAC consultation as needed.
• Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable).
