Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience with behaviorally complex children.

Responsibilities

• Collect data within the school environment.
• Assist in data gathering for Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavioral programs and plans.
• Assist staff in techniques to implement behavioral systems.
• Assist in shaping and teaching appropriate behavior to students.
• Monitor and supervise students needing behavioral intervention.
• Follow safety rules and School Board policies.
• Attend training in PBIS and De-escalation and in Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavioral Intervention Plans.
