Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA, Behavioral Intervention, or related certificates preferred.
• Experience with students with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document progress and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Monitor progress and document behavioral data.
• Coordinate with Special Education team and counselors.
• Assist in developing behavior strategies and social skills programs.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Communicate progress to parents/guardians and support home strategies.
• Support non-traditional learning environment in Alternative Programs.
