Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 2 years of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Must have fingerprint clearance or be eligible to obtain prior to hire.
• Valid AZ driver’s license not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions; participate in community outings.
