Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or pursuing.
• May have relevant experience in exchange for a human services degree.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children who have emotional and/or behavioral disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic intervention and behavioral support within school settings.
• Implement individualized behavior support plans and assist with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Support crisis prevention and de-escalation and promote positive outcomes in the educational environment.
