Job summary

HCRS in Vermont is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist - School Based to work directly with students to improve academic and life outcomes. The pay ranges hourly and includes a $750 sign-on bonus.

You will apply behavioral interventions, collect data to tailor plans, and join a team of clinicians across multiple locations. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with preference for experience with children and mental health support.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree and/or a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to establish supportive relationships with students.
• Experience with behavioral interventions and data collection.
• Experience with children/behavior management/mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with students to improve the quality of their lives and their educational experience.
• Apply behavioral interventions in a consistent and targeted manner to generate positive outcomes.
• Collect and use data to build and modify behavioral interventions.
