Job summary

Hillsdale Community Schools in Hillsdale, MI is seeking a Behavioral Interventionist to supervise and manage students throughout the building. You will work with individuals or groups to promote positive behavior and implement intervention programs under the principal's supervision.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferred backgrounds in psychology, sociology, or counseling. CPI certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred in psychology, sociology, or counseling.
• Experience supervising students with behavior challenges.
• Training in positive behavior support systems preferred.
• CPI certification acquisition/maintenance encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage students throughout the building.
• Monitor, redirect, and modify student behavior as directed.
• Collaborate with principal and staff to administer intervention programs.
