Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Hershey, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support students with autism in a school-based setting. You will assist with behavior, communication, and social skill development using Applied Behavior Analysis strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with children preferred (not required).
• Interest in education, psychology, behavioral health, or human services.
• Patient, structured, and team-oriented.
• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
• No prior ABA experience required - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct classroom support to students.
• Implement behavior plans and IEP goals.
• Track and document student progress.
• Support communication, social, and behavioral development.
• Collaborate with teachers, Behavior Consultants, and school staff.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training.
