Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) Learning Center in Coatesville, PA is hiring multiple full-time Behavior Mentors (RBTs). You will implement ABA-based strategies, support PBSPs, collect progress data, and collaborate with staff to help students with behavioral needs.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma with ABA experience and are prepared to obtain CPR/First Aid and RBT credentials within set timeframes. Excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with emotionally and behaviorally challenged students.
• CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• RBT credential required within 90 days of hire.
• PA/ FBI clearances current as specified in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to ensure PBSPs are implemented with fidelity.
• Model proactive, evidence-based strategies for staff.
• Collect data on goals, interventions, and referrals.
• Maintain PBSP highlights and data tools for staff.
• Arrange the learning environment and support classroom staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
