Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington state to supervise master’s-level clinicians.
• Experience supervising clinical staff.
• 2+ years in school-based or youth behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of MTSS framework.
• Familiar with CBT/DBT and evidence-based practices.
• Eligible to supervise SUDPT staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for school-based staff.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis to drive program improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/FERPA and contract standards.
• Collaborate with schools, districts, and community partners.
• Coordinate crisis response and clinical support for staff.
