Job summary

Paving the Way MSI is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Supervisor (LICSW/LPC) to lead clinicians embedded in Washington, DC schools. You will oversee multiple school communities, provide clinical supervision, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality services with cultural responsiveness.

You will collaborate with schools, families, and community partners, monitor outcomes, and drive quality improvement while supporting clinician growth and program development within PTWMSI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Active DC LICSW or LPC license in good standing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise School-Based Behavioral Health Clinicians across up to six schools
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, mentorship, and professional development to support clinician growth
• Support clinicians in managing complex cases, crisis situations, and school-based behavioral health challenges
• Partner with school administrators, families, community stakeholders, and government agencies to support student success
• Monitor program performance, quality outcomes, and compliance with program standards
• Prepare monthly reports and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with DBH, school leadership, and PTWMSI leadership to strengthen services and school partnerships
