RFS Behavioral Health is expanding its school-based services through a new partnership with Tri-Rivers Career Center in Marion, Ohio. We’re seeking a compassionate Therapeutic Behavioral Services Provider (TBSP) to support students at Tri-Rivers.

You will work with students on behavioral, emotional, and social challenges, helping them navigate daily life and succeed in school, while collaborating with families, school staff, and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, organized, and able to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Balance direct student support with documentation and productivity expectations of a behavioral health role.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based Therapeutic Behavioral Services and psychosocial support.
• Build meaningful, professional relationships with students.
• Help students strengthen coping, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.
• Support individualized treatment and behavioral health goals.
• Assist students with identifying barriers and developing strategies for success.
• Collaborate with therapists, families, school personnel, and other members of the treatment team.
• Connect students and families with appropriate resources when needed.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultation, training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries while working within the school environment.
