RFS Behavioral Health seeks dedicated Therapeutic Behavioral Service Providers to work directly with students within school settings. You will deliver one-on-one support, partner with therapists and families, and help students develop coping skills and confidence throughout the school day.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and treatment teams, and includes a focus on emotional regulation, behavior development, and ensuring academic engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Education, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Relevant experience working with children, adolescents, behavioral health, education, social services, mentoring, coaching, or youth programs.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic and behavioral support to students.
• Assist students with emotional regulation and coping skills.
• Support positive behavior development and social skill building.
• Help students overcome barriers that impact academic success.
• Collaborate with therapists, school personnel, and families.
