RFS Behavioral Health is excited to expand our school-based behavioral health services through our new partnership with Tri‑Rivers Career Center in Marion, Ohio, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Therapeutic Behavioral Services Provider (TBSP) to help us support students at this location.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new partnership and help build a strong behavioral health presence within the school community. You’ll work directly with students, helping them navigate behavioral, emotional, social, and everyday life challenges that can impact their success in school and beyond.
Sometimes a student doesn’t need someone to simply tell them what to do—they need someone who will listen, understand what’s happening beneath the behavior, help them work through challenges, and give them practical tools to move forward.
As a TBSP, you’ll have the opportunity to become that consistent source of support.
You’ll build relationships with students, reinforce coping and problem‑solving skills, support treatment goals, and collaborate with families, school staff, therapists, and other members of the care team.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young people and understands that meaningful progress often begins with trust and consistency.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, organized, comfortable working as part of a team, and able to connect with students from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
Candidates should also be comfortable balancing direct student support with the documentation and productivity expectations of a behavioral health position.
At RFS, you’re not just filling a position—you’re joining a team focused on making behavioral health support more accessible to children and families.
