Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is expanding its school-based services at Tri-Rivers Career Center in Marion, Ohio, and is seeking a compassionate Therapeutic Behavioral Services Provider (TBSP) to support students at this location.

As a TBSP, you will work with students to navigate behavioral, emotional, and social challenges, build coping skills, and collaborate with families, teachers, and clinicians to advance treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Provide school-based Therapeutic Behavioral Services and psychosocial support.
• Build meaningful, professional relationships with students.
• Help students strengthen coping, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, therapists, and other members of the care team.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide school‑based Therapeutic Behavioral Services and psychosocial support
• Build meaningful, professional relationships with students
• Help students strengthen coping, communication, emotional regulation, and problem‑solving skills
• Support individualized treatment and behavioral health goals
• Assist students with identifying barriers and developing strategies for success
• Collaborate with therapists, families, school personnel, and other members of the treatment team
• Connect students and families with appropriate resources when needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid requirements
• Participate in team meetings, case consultation, training, and professional development
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries while working within the school environment
