Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) provider in the Psychiatry department, South Campus. This full-time position requires meeting clients in homes, schools, and community settings, transporting clients as needed for appointments, and delivering family-centered interventions.

Responsibilities include patient/family interaction, interdisciplinary team planning, and updating Epic records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• May require clinical license, certification or training.
• Clinical documentation skills
• Care coordination and resource linkage
• Behavioral health intervention skills
• Assessment and treatment planning skills

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic intervention to assigned caseload of patients based upon an ITF developed with families.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and staff training.
• Implement behavioral and educational protocols and assess behavioral function.
• Document interventions and patient responses in Epic per state requirements.
