Job summary

Woodfords Family Services is seeking a school-based Behavioral Health Professional to work one-on-one with students in public schools, helping them reach learning and development goals.

This full-time position runs 7:30am–3:00pm on weekdays, with no weekends. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid after the 60-day period and again after 6 months. Training is provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BHP certification preferred but not required (Training provided upon hire).
• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based behavioral health support one-on-one with students to aid learning and development.
• Assess individual needs and support social skills, daily routines, and self-care.
• Apply evidence-based practices and interventions to foster a therapeutic and meaningful learning environment.

Opportunity Details

• Full-time, 7:30am - 3:00pm (hours will vary based on school calendar)
• Monday through Friday - No Weekends!
• $20.00 - $22.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
• $1,500 sign on bonus - $500 after successful 60-day introductory period; $1,000 after 6 months
