Job summary

Desert Sage Health Centers is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Provider in Idaho to assess and treat clients across age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. The role focuses on evaluating needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with community resources while adhering to HIPAA and center policies.

The ideal candidate will hold LMSW/LPC licenses (and potentially LCSW/LCPC/LMFT), with experience in individual, family, and group therapy, and a commitment to culturally

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Idaho (ID).
• Active LMSW and/or LPC licenses required or eligible.
• Two or more years of direct client treatment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine Behavioral Health service needs.
• Learn and implement the DSHC EMR system according to policy.
• Diagnose using DSM criteria and record findings.
• Develop and implement individual/family/group treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and follow-up care, including referrals.
• Advise clinicians and coordinate with community services to meet client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and compliance standards.

Education

LMSW (Licensed Master’s of Social Work)

LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)

LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

Two or more years of direct client treatment

Healthcare experience preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish
