Job summary

Community Council of Idaho seeks a Licensed Masters Level Counselor (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LCPC) to deliver individual, family, couple, and group counseling in a clinic setting. A master’s degree and Idaho licensure are required, with behavioral health experience and English/Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

The role involves assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and coordination with clinic staff to support client care and confidentiality under HIPAA and grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and Idaho LCSW or LMSW license
• Experience in behavioral health
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site behavioral health services to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, couple and group counseling
• Maintain accurate documentation and chart care
• Collaborate with clinic staff to develop appropriate interventions
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
