Family Health Services Foundation in Idaho is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide psychosocial evaluation, diagnostic counseling, and family therapy in a clinical setting. The role includes treating adults and children, leading and training counselors, and implementing crisis intervention strategies.

You will oversee case management, coordinate with healthcare partners, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Idaho MSW license or eligibility in good standing.
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical social work and mental health counseling.
• Ability to evaluate and document patient progress and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients and families.
• Develop treatment and discharge plans with follow‑up care.
• Perform crisis intervention and emergency services as required.
• Collect and evaluate patient data; refer to appropriate services.
• Supervise counselors, social workers, and interns; coordinate team efforts.
• Maintain case files and prepare documentation for hearings or reviews.
• Plan community outreach and training; participate in program policy updates.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, safety requirements, and plans.
