Job summary

The role requires independent decision-making and program administration.

You will lead and train counselors or interns, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with school staff while ensuring crisis intervention and comprehensive case management.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Counseling or Social Work.
• Current Idaho license as MSW or Professional Counselor.
• Experience with evidence-based clinical practices for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention for students and families.
• Develop treatment and discharge plans; coordinate care with school staff.
• Lead and train counselors or interns as appropriate.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Refer clients to social service agencies and follow up.
