Job summary

You will conduct screening, assessment, treatment, group therapy, and education, coordinating with school staff and primary care providers to develop targeted behavioral health plans. The role requires Idaho licensure (LCSW or LCPC, or LIC peers) and the ability to perform crisis assessments, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, and work

Qualifications

• Licensed in Idaho as an LCSW or LCPC (or LPC/LMSW with relevant experience).
• Ability to assess adolescents with mental and behavioral conditions.
• Experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and brief interventions for mental health and substance use.
• Crisis response planning and suicide risk assessments experience.
• Ability to work in a team with school staff, primary care providers and behavioral health professionals.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to students in K-12 within School District 25.
• Offer screening, assessment, treatment, group therapy, and education; coordinate with school staff and primary care providers.
• Develop targeted behavioral health plans and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend school events as needed and maintain timely records; participate in quality improvement activities.
• Represent Health West, Inc. in the community and collaborate with stakeholders.
