Job summary

Noble Community Clinics seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician I for a school-based role in Sheboygan. You will deliver comprehensive therapeutic services across clinic and school settings, including assessments, counseling, and care coordination for children, adolescents, and families.

The ideal candidate has a master’s in a relevant field, licensure eligibility (APSW/LPC-IT/LMFT-IT), and experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• APSW; LPC-IT; or LMFT-IT.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, psychotropic medications, and behavioral interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy services.
• Develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans utilizing SMART goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed approaches, and behavioral/stress management.
