Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Manitowoc County seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician II to deliver therapeutic services in both clinic and school settings for children, adolescents, and families. The role focuses on assessments, diagnostics, counseling, and evidence-based interventions, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care and integrated behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Wisconsin licensure required: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
• Develop and monitor SMART, person-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and behavioral interventions.
• Provide psychoeducation and disease self-management counseling.
• Coordinate care with schools, providers, families, and community agencies.
• Maintain accurate EPIC EHR documentation.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
