Job summary

Noble Community Clinics in Manitowoc, WI seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician II to deliver comprehensive therapy in school-based and clinical settings. This role conducts assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based methods and a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or MFT.
• Wisconsin licensure: LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, couples and group therapy.
• Develop and monitor SMART treatment plans.
• Deliver CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care and behavioral interventions.
• Provide psychoeducation and disease self-management counseling.
• Address substance use concerns and harm reduction.
• Coordinate care with schools, providers, families and community agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute episodes.
• Assist patients with housing, food security, transportation, benefits and social supports.
• Maintain EPIC EHR documentation.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
