Job summary

Noble Community Clinics seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician I to deliver comprehensive therapeutic services in both clinic and school-based settings in Wisconsin. You will assess, diagnose, and provide counseling and psychotherapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, integrated behavioral health, and collaboration with schools and families to support emotional wellness and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Wisconsin licensure required: APSW; LPC-IT; or LMFT-IT.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and psychotropic medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
• Develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care).
• Provide psychoeducation and disease self-management counseling.
• Assess and address substance use and harm reduction.
• Coordinate care with schools, providers, families and community agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention during acute episodes.
• Assist with access to housing, food security, transportation, benefits, and other supports.
