You will collaborate with educators, families, and community providers to promote resilience and well-being, while supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Responsibilities include delivering interventions, crisis response, home visits, and careful documentation in electronic records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized behavioral health interventions in a school setting.
• Support students in coping, social-emotional functioning, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and providers for coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and outreach as needed.
• Conduct home visits to engage youth and families.
• Contribute to quality assurance and program compliance.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
