Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare in Evansville, Indiana, seeks a full-time Student Behavioral Coach to join the School-Based Services team within the Child & Family Services Division. The role provides school and community-based case management, skills training, and related services to children and their families across southwestern Indiana counties including Vanderburgh, Posey, Gibson, and Warrick.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Ability to work with children with emotional needs.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide school and community-based case management and skills training for children and families.
• Collaborate with schools, DCS, probation, and referral sources.
• Maintain records of services, progress, and treatment plans.
• Submit reports on time and coordinate with agencies.
• Communicate professionally and make referrals to community partners.
