Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Aides to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Richmond-area schools for the 2026-27 academic year. Training in crisis prevention and de-escalation (MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE) and CPR is required.

Responsibilities include facilitating personal growth, fostering skill development, maintaining daily logs, and communicating feedback to the Program Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Crisis Prevention and De-Escalation Training such as MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE
• CPR - in person
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others
