Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Aide and Instructional Assistants to support students in Chesterfield area schools for the 25-26 and 26-27 school years. The roles focus on personal growth, relationship building, and guiding students through skill development in a supportive classroom setting.

Ideal candidates will have Crisis Prevention/De-Escalation training (MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE), CPR in person, and proven experience with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities,

Qualifications

• Crisis prevention and de-escalation training such as MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE.
• CPR certification (in person) required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Facilitate personal growth and relationship building.
• Ensure a pleasant experience in a quality program.
• Encourage skill development by demonstration, teaching, talking, and coaching.
• Complete daily logbook and relay feedback to the Program Coordinator.
