Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavioral Aide and Instructional Assistants to support students in the Chesterfield area for the 25-26 and 26-27 school years. Roles focus on helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities grow personally and socially within a supportive program.

Ideal candidates have crisis prevention/de-escalation training (MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE), CPR certification, and proven experience with individuals needing IDD support, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Crisis prevention and de-escalation training completed (MANDT/TOVA/SAFETY CARE).
• CPR certification (in person).
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
