Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring an El Dorado Hills Behavioral Aide to support students with special needs in K-12 settings. You will implement IEPs and BIPs, provide individualized instructional support, and apply ABA techniques to help students reach behavior goals.

This full-time role offers benefits including CEU/license reimbursement, tuition assistance, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off. The position is based in El Dorado Hills, CA and follows school hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with students in school or treatment settings.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance where required by state.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIP.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crises using Pro-ACT or CPI.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transport.
• Record daily data on behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
