Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring Behavioral Aide I-II for Sacramento, CA to support K-12 students with special needs. The role involves implementing IEPs and BIPs, providing one-on-one instructional support, and applying ABA techniques to support targeted goals.

The position offers full-time hours during school days, a pay range of $18.50–$21.00 per hour, daily pay option, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, and credentialing reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with students in school or treatment settings preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIP.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to target behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI interventions.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
