Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is looking for a compassionate School Behavior Technician (SBT) in Glendale, California. This position provides 1:1 behavior support for students with autism in school settings. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to implement behavior intervention plans, and a commitment to student development.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation required for travel between work locations.
• Must have tuberculosis (TB) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Support student development in various skills as needed.
