Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in San Ramon, CA to support K-12 students with consistent behavioral strategies during the school day. This role focuses on direct 1:1 or small-group behavioral support, helping students stay engaged and follow routines within a structured classroom setting.

You’ll collaborate with teachers and school staff, implement intervention plans, and track progress toward IEP/504 goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA or behavioral support experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to follow established behavior and support plans.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students.
• Implement behavior intervention and support plans.
• Help students stay engaged and follow classroom routines.
• Track and document student progress toward IEP or 504 goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical support teams.
