Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) – School-Based to support K–12 students in Walnut Creek, CA. This role offers both full-time and part-time options with a Monday to Friday schedule and no night or weekend work.

The BT will provide one-on-one or group behavioral support, reinforce positive behaviors, and help implement IEP or 504 plan strategies while tracking student progress and collaborating with teachers and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ABA or behavioral support experience preferred.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work consistently during school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group behavioral support to K–12 students.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and implement IEP or 504 plan strategies.
• Track and document student progress daily.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and clinical teams.
