Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in San Ramon, CA to support K-12 students with routine classroom behavior and engagement. You will work alongside teachers and school staff to implement behavior plans and track progress.

Roles include both full-time and part-time opportunities with a pay rate up to $28/hr based on experience and location. Medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan are offered starting after 30 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA, Behavior Technician, or behavioral support experience preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to consistently follow established behavior and support plans.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled school hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students.
• Implement behavior intervention and support plans.
• Help students stay engaged and follow classroom routines.
• Track and document student progress toward IEP or 504 goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical support teams.
