Job summary

Covelo Group is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for a school-based role in Pittsburg, CA. You will provide 1:1 or small group support to K–12 students, help implement behavior plans, and promote engagement and routines throughout the school day.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; ABA or behavioral support experience and BLS certification are preferred. Reliable and able to follow structured plans is essential.

Behavior Technician (BT) – School-Based | Up to $26/hr | Pittsburg, CA

Work directly with students who need consistent support in the classroom. This Behavior Technician (BT) role in Pittsburg, CA focuses on helping K–12 students stay engaged, follow routines, and make steady progress throughout the school day. You’ll be working alongside teachers and school staff in a structured setting.
