Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a School-Based Behavior Technician in Nashua, NH. This full-time, school-day position on campus offers Monday–Friday hours aligned with district schedules, with a pay range of $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement ABA strategies, collect data, and support student learning and behavior in the school setting. No prior ABA experience is required as paid onboarding and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and dependable attendance.
• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and classroom routines with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support students during transitions, routines, and challenging moments.
• Maintain professionalism within school environments.
