Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Nottingham, NH. This full-time, school-day position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and an hourly rate of $25.00–$28.00, aligned with district hours and school campuses.

You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA strategies, supporting students, and collaborating with teachers and staff to promote skill development and meaningful participation in the school day.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development related to communication, behavior, and learning readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Support students during transitions, routines, and challenging moments.
• Maintain professionalism within school environments.
