Job summary

Specialized Therapy Services is a growing interdisciplinary team delivering behavior intervention services in San Diego-area schools. The Behavior Technician implements behavior modification plans, monitors progress, and collaborates with BCBA to align with IEP goals in inclusive classroom settings.

You will support students individually or in small groups, maintain data, and communicate with teachers and families to ensure consistent progress and safety in line with school policy.

Qualifications

• Current certification as Registered Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Versed in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support behavioral needs.
• Experience working with students with complex profiles and ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior modification programs in school settings and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA to create and revise treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate data collection and timely progress reports.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral challenges.
